THE following Ordinances, passed by the Provin-
cial Council, and reserved by the Superintendent
of Otago for the signification of the Governor's
pleasure thereon, intituled,

"The Dunedin and Peninsula Railway Ordinance,
1875;"

"The Kaitangata Railway Ordinance, 1875;"

"The Outram and Greytown Railway Ordinance,
1875;" and

"The Clutha River Conservators Board Ordi-
nance, 1875,

having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has been pleased to withhold his assent from the
same.
