NOTICE is hereby given, that an Extraordinary
Meeting of the Shareholders of "The
Wairarapa Boiling Down Company, Limited," will
be held at the Company's Office, Featherston, on
Thursday, the 9th of September, 1875, at 2 p.m., for
the purpose of receiving the Liquidator's Report, and
arranging for the Distribution of the Assets of the
Company.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Dividend Gold Mining Company"
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

1. The name of the Company is to be "The Dividend Gold
   Mining Company, Limited."
2. The place of operations is at Pakirarahi, Tairua Gold Field,
   District of Hauraki South, in the Province of Auckland, and
   Colony of New Zealand.
3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
   Albert and Davy Streets, Grahamstown, in the Province of

4. The nominal capital of the Company is twelve thousand
