NOTICE UNDER LAND TRANSFER ACT.

THE following application has been made under
the above Act:-
EDWARD HENRY TATE and JOHN THOMAS
CARELESS, as Devisees in trust under Will of
GEORGE HEALEY, late of Timaru, deceased, to be
registered as Proprietors of land containing 12,000
acres, more or less, in the District of Timaru, part of
Rural Section 7,555, known as Lot 104, Rhodes Town.
The Applicants will be registered as above, unless
caveat forbidding such registration be lodged in this
office, by some person interested in the said land,
within six calendar months from publication of this
notice.
