NOTICE UNDER LAND TRANSFER ACT.
THOMAS CRAIG, of Auckland, in the Colony of
New Zealand, Timber Merchant, being desirous
to effect certain dealings with land of which he is the
registered proprietor, being Allotments 5, 6, 517, and
26, Parish of Te Papa, Cook's County, in the said
colony, and having given proof of the loss of the
Certificates of Title issued to him for the said land,
and made affidavit as by the said Act required:
Notice is hereby given, that such dealings will be
entered on the Register at the expiration of fourteen
days from the publication of this notice in the
Government Gazette of the Colony.
Dated at the Lands Registry Office, Auckland, this
8th day of January, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby given, that I, Benjamin
Osborne, of Hokitika, Hotelkeeper, in the
Province of Westland, make claim to the Moneys of
my deceased Wife, Amy Osborne, now lying in the
Hokitika Savings Bank at Hokitika, under the 30th
clause of "The Savings Bank Act, 1858."
