LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that application has been
made by JANE YOUNG, of The Grange,
Otahuhu, near Auckland, Widow, as Devisee under
the Will of William John Young, deceased, to be
registered as proprietor of an estate of inheritance
in fee-simple in Allotment 138A, of the Parish of
Hautapu, Banks County, of which the said William
John Young was at the time of his death the regis-
tered proprietor; and that the applicant will be so
registered unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged
with the District Land Registrar at Auckland before
the fifth day of January, 1876.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

Dated this 25th day of June, 1875, at the Lands
Registry Office, Auckland.
