NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 24th July next.

ALFREDTON.--Rural Section "191," 107 acres.
Unoccupied. CHARLES HAGGERTY GIL-

WANGANUI. -Town Section "185," 1 rood. In

4 inches by other part of Section "474," and 114 feet
2Β½ inches, also by other part of Section "474," being
a private road, a continuation of Bowen Street; East,
214 feet 6 inches by other parts of Sections "474"
and "473;" South, 38 feet 10 inches; and South-east,
231 feet by Bolton Street; South-west, 57 feet by
