NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of

the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within

NOTES FOR APRIL, 1875.
Mongonui. - Fine with pleasant showers, maximum rainfall recorded on 18th, 1.95 inch; winds prevailed from eastward, and
generally moderate; strong on 18th and 19th; fog on 30th; thunder on 19th and 25th, and lightning, without thunder, on
evening of 29th. Maximum temperature in shade, 80°; minimum, 55°.
Auckland. - Fine weather generally, with showers towards end of month, maximum fall on 30th, 1.35 inch; prevailing easterly
winds and moderate. Maximum temperature, 79.7°; minimum, 50.7°.
Taranaki. - Exceedingly fine weather; very little rain, the maximum fall recorded on 30th, 62 inch; prevailing S.E. winds, and
light. Maximum temperature, 77°; minimum, 44°.
