THE THIRD NEW ZEALAND BUILDING AND
MUTUAL INVESTMENT SOCIETY.

NOTICE is hereby given, that pursuant to a Reso-
lution to that effect, passed at a Meeting of
the Committee of the above Society, held on the
19th day of March instant, a General Meeting of
the Shareholders will be held at the Temperance
Hall, at Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, on the
16th day of April next, at the hour of Eight in the
Evening, for the following purpose, viz.,-
To alter the Constitution of the Society, by con-
verting it into a Society on the permanent
principle.

of May, 1875, to be registered as a Medical Prac-
titioner under the provisions of "The Medical Prac-
titioners Registration Act, 1869."
My qualifications are--Doctor of Medicine, Queen's
University, Ireland; Licentiate of the Royal College
of Surgeons, Edinburgh, and Licentiate in Mid-
wifery, Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh; and
my Diplomas are deposited for public inspection in
the Registrar-General's Office. My residence is in
Wellington.

to you the said Registrar for the District of Dunedin,
on the thirtieth day of April, 1875, to have my name
entered on the Medical Register of New Zealand;
and I have deposited my diplomas and copies of
same along with this notice in the office of you the
said Registrar in Dunedin, for public inspection,
pursuant to the provisions of "The Medical Prac-
titioners Registration Act, 1869."

NOTICE is hereby given, that by an Order of the
District Court of Auckland, holden at Auckland,
dated 22nd March, 1875, the Schedule and Plan of
Distribution herein was approved, and the Schedule
is now open for inspection of Contributors to and
Creditors of the said Company, at my office, Supreme
Court, Auckland; and that the claims mentioned in
the Schedule will, after the lapse of 21 days from
this date be paid at the said office.

TURNER GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED.

IN accordance with Clause 45 of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1872," I, the undersigned
Manager, hereby give notice, that at an Extraordinary
Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named
Company, held at the Company's Office on the 27th
day of March, 1875, at which Meeting more than
two-thirds in number and value were represented,
an increase in the Capital was resolved on. The mode
adopted for the increase is by raising the amount of
each of the 4,800 Shares existing in the Company
from Β£5 (five pounds) to Β£6 (six pounds) each.
