Places and Times appointed for Vaccination.

NORMANBY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1872," I, George
Augustus Constantine, Marquis of Normanby, the Governor of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several places mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be places at which
Public Vaccinators appointed for the respective districts mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule
shall attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I dΓ³ hereby give notice
that each such Public Vaccinator will attend at the respective places aforesaid, for the purpose of
performing such vaccination, on the days and at the hours set forth in the third column of the said
Schedule, opposite the name of each such place; and further, that at each such place as last aforesaid
the Public Vaccinator will attend for the purpose of inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the
persons so vaccinated on the days and at the hours respectively set forth in the fourth column of the
said Schedule opposite the name of each such place.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Most Honorable George Augustus Constantine,
Marquis of Normanby, Earl of Mulgrave, Viscount Normanby, and Baron Mulgrave of
Mulgrave, all in the County of York, in the Peerage of the United Kingdom; and
Baron Mulgrave of New Ross, in the County of Wexford, in the Peerage of Ireland;
a Member of Her Majesty's Most Honorable Privy Council; Knight Commander of
the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and
Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; at the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of March,
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.

District for which Public Vaccinator appointed. Places where Vaccination to be performed. Days and Hours fixed for Performance of Vaccination. Days and Hours fixed for inspecting the Progress of Vaccination.
Waipu ... North River Schoolhouse First Tuesday in January, May, and September, in each year, at 12 noon.
Ditto ... The Cove Schoolhouse First Friday in January, May, and September, in each year, at 12 noon.
Ditto ... The residence of Mr. James Sloane, Ruakaka. First Saturday in January, May, and September, in each year, at 12 noon.

Provincial Ordinance allowed by the Governor.

THE following Ordinance, passed by the Provincial
Council, and reserved by the Superintendent of
Taranaki for the signification of the Governor's
pleasure thereon, intituled

"The New Plymouth Harbour Board Ordinance,
1875,"

having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has been pleased to assent to the same.

having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency
has not been advised to exercise his power of dis-
allowance in respect of the same.

Consular Agent for Italy appointed.

IT is hereby notified that the Consul-General for
Italy at Melbourne has nominated

ALEXANDER CRACROFT WILSON, Esq.,
to be Consular Agent at Christchurch for His
Majesty the King of Italy; and that His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to accept such nomi-
nation provisionally.

Appointment of Member of Central Board of
Health, Otago.

appoint

KEITH RAMSAY, Esq.,
Mayor of Dunedin, to be a Member of the Central
Board of Health for the Province of Otago, during
the term of his Mayoralty.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to

ROBERT CHARLES EARLE, Esq., M.R.C.S.E.,
a Certifying Officer under the 95th section of "The
Public Health Act, 1872," for the Districts of
Wanganui and Rangitikei, in the Province of Wel-
lington.
