I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Northumberland Gold Mining
Company" as a Limited Company, under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Northumber-
land Gold Mining Company, Limited." - The place of operations is at Lightband's Gully, Colling-
wood. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
the premises of Messrs. Veale and Haddow, of the City of
Nelson, Corn Factors, in Collingwood Street. - The nominal capital of the Company is two thousand
one hundred and sixty pounds, in seventy-two shares of thirty
pounds each. - The number of shares subscribed for is seventy-two, being
the entire number of shares in the Company. - None of the shares are paid up.
- The amount already paid up is twenty-two pounds and ten
shillings per share. - The name of the Manager is William Haddow.
