NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between the undersigned
Heinrich Gottlieb Carl Nees and Philipp Tisch as
Saw Millers, Engineers, and Contractors, carrying on
business at Christchurch and Alford Forest, in the
Province of Canterbury, under the style of "Tisch,
Nees, and Company," has this day been dissolved.

NOTICE is hereby given, that I have registered a
Memorandum of Association establishing a
Company, with limited liability of its Shareholders,
intituled

"The Patea Town Hall Company, Limited,"

the object of which is "the purchase of land in the
District of Patea for the erection of a Town Hall and
buildings thereon;" and that I have issued a Certifi-
cate of Incorporation of the said Company, bearing
date the 3rd day of December, 1874.
