LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that ANDREW MEN-
SAL JOHNSON, of Christchurch, Curator of
the Acclimatization Gardens, having made a statutory
declaration of the loss by him of a Certificate of Title
to part of Rural Section 238, Christchurch District,
issued in his name on the 20th day of April, 1872, a
Provisional Certificate of Title to the above-mentioned
land will be issued to the said Andrew Mensal John-
son in fourteen days from the date of publication
hereof, unless any person or persons claiming any
estate or interest in the said land shall in the mean-
time lodge a caveat forbidding the same.
