MEMORANDUM OF REGISTRATION.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Hibernian Shotover River Gold
Mining Company" as a Limited Company, under
the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be "The Hibernian
    (Shotover River) Gold Mining Company."
  2. The place of operations is above Maori Point and below
    Skipper's Creek.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    H. Manders' Estate and Land Agency Offices, Ballarat Street,
    Queenstown.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is £4,500, in
    72 shares of £62 10s. each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is the whole.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is none.
  7. The amount already paid up is £2,250.
  8. The name of the manager is Henry Manders, of Ballarat
    Street, aforesaid.

    the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled
    "The Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."

TURNER GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED.

IN accordance with clause 45, "Mining Companies
Act, 1873," I, the undersigned, Manager, hereby
give notice that an increase in the Capital of the
above Company, and that the word "Amalgamated"
should be added to the name of the Company, was
on the 15th day of August resolved on. The mode
adopted for the increase is by issuing 2,800 (two
thousand eight hundred) new Shares, of the nominal
value of £5 (five pounds) each, fully paid up, in
addition to the 2,000 (two thousand) paid-up Shares
now existing in the Company.

BENDIGO INDEPENDENT GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED.

I, the undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice
that an increase in the capital of the above
named Company was on the 4th day of August,
1874, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing
two thousand seven hundred new shares, of one
pound each, in addition to the five hundred and forty
paid-up shares now existing in the Company.
