I, JOHN TURNBULL THOMSON, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15,
Session XI., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims
to Land by persons claiming title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that
the Claims of the persons whose names appear in the Schedule hereunder, having been duly referred to
me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to the Crown
Grants set against their names in the said Schedule.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same,
as to application of Hamilton Newell, on or before
the 31st December, 1874, and in each other case on
or before the 28th September, 1874.

SAMUEL JAGGER.—Lot 12 of subdivision of
Allotments 2 and 3 of Section 41, Town of Auck-

JOHN KINNEAR MACDONALD.—Allotment
113, Town of Hamilton East, Waikato. No. 742.

AUCKLAND WATERWORKS.

City Council Offices,
Auckland, 13th August, 1874.

IN terms of "The Municipal Corporations Water-
works Act, 1872," notice is hereby given, that it
is the intention of the City Council to carry out the
undertaking of supplying the City of Auckland with
water, and that Plans showing by metes and bounds
all lands intended to be taken or used for the
purposes of the undertaking, and the locality from
which the supply of water is intended to be derived,
and all lands to a reasonable extent intermediate
between the place of supply and the said City, and all
lands included within the circuit of the said City,
together with a Book of Reference, are deposited in
the Offices of the City Council, Canada Buildings,
Queen Street, Auckland.

Ruby Gold Mining Company, Registered," has
been removed from Grahamstown to Queen Street,
Auckland; and that Mr. THOS. LEIGH WHITE has
