I,
WILLIAM PATRICK CRAUFORD, Regis-
trar of Joint Stock Companies for the
Province of Westland, do hereby notify that I have
this day registered a Memorandum of Association
(with Articles annexed), establishing a Company, with
limited liability of the Shareholders therein, entitled
"The Brunner Coal Mining Company, Limited."

The objects for which the Company is established
are expressed to be-"The purchase of the interest
of the present Lessees of the Brunner Coal Mine
in the lease, plant, and machinery, and a license to
prospect for Coal at Mount Rochfort. The mining
production, transport, and sale of Coal, Coke, and
other products usually and properly dealt in and
with the business of Coal Mines, including the pur-
chase or charter of Ships or Steamers, and the use
of the same in the way most profitable for the busi-
ness of the Company.'

And I further notify, that, in pursuance of the pro-
visions of "The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860,"
and of "The Stamp Act Amendment Act, 1871," re-
lating to the incorporation of Companies, a Certificate
of Incorporation of the said Company has been duly
issued by me, bearing even date herewith.

In Bankruptcy, and in the matter of WILLIAM
HENRY DIAMOND, late of the City and Province of
Wellington, but now of Blenheim, in the Province
of Marlborough, Licensed Victualler, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the Meeting of
the Creditors of the said William Henry Dia-
mond, held in the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme
Court House, Wellington, on Saturday, the fourth
day of July instant, Samuel Carroll, of the said City
of Wellington, Accountant, was appointed Trustee;
and John MacHutcheson, of Blenheim, in the Pro-
vince of Marlborough, Storekeeper, and Frederick
Thomas Farmer, of the same place, Cordial Manu-
facturer, were appointed Supervisors of the estate
and effects of the said William Henry Diamond.
And that, by order of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand, the said appointments were respectively
confirmed.

In the matter of the Bankruptcy Acts, and in the
matter of HENRY JAMES BURTON, of Oamaru, in
the Province of Otago, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that all Creditors in the
above-mentioned estate must lodge proofs of
their claims, as required by law, with me, on or before
the 31st July, 1874, otherwise they will be excluded
from participation in the dividends to be declared in
the said estate.

PURSUANT to a Decree of this Honorable Court
made in the above-mentioned action, the
Creditors within the Colony of New Zealand of the
Estate of George Henry Myers, late of the City of
Nelson, Gentleman, deceased, who died on the thir-
teenth day of July, 1872, are required within six
weeks from the publication of this advertisement

Solicitors, or in default thereof they will be per-
emptorily excluded from the benefit of such decree.
Wednesday, the nineteenth day of August next, at
the hour of ten of the clock in the forenoon, at the

adjudicating upon the claims.
