NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
in each case within one calendar month from date of
gazetting this notice.

carrying on business at Tauranga, in the Province
of Auckland, as Brewers, under the style or firm
of "Ellis and Wrigley," was, on or about the fourth
day of April last, dissolved by mutual consent. All
debts due to or by the late firm will be received and
paid by the new firm of "Wrigley and Son."

trading under the style or firm of "John Waller and
Co.," Timber Merchants, in Christchurch, in the Pro-
vince of Canterbury, has this day been dissolved by
mutual consent. The undersigned John Waller will
pay and receive all moneys payable by or to the said
late firm, and the business will in future be carried
on by him alone.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto existing between the undersigned as
Provision and Export Merchants, under the firm of
"The New Zealand Provision and Produce Company,"
has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
6th day of June instant, so far as regards the said
William John McIlroy.
All debts due to the late firm must be paid to the
continuing partners, and all liabilities on the firm
will be satisfied by them.

A General Meeting of the Shareholders in this
Company, held at the office of the Liquidators,
Taupo Quay, Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 17th
day of June, 1874, the following Resolution was
passed, namely,-
"That this meeting is of opinion, that the affairs
of 'The Wanganui Steam Navigation Company,
Limited," have been fairly wound-up.'
