LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

JAMES PALMER BLACK, of the City of
Nelson, Draper, Applicant.-17 perches, being part
of Section "166" on the plan of the said city.
Bounded-North and South (each 151 feet) by other
parts of same section; East (32 feet) by Section 168;
West (32 feet) by Trafalgar Street. (Adams and

JOHN SHARP, of the City of Nelson, Land
Agent, Applicant.-1 acre, being Section "157" on
