of the Province of Wellington.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of
waste lands of the Crown particularly specified
and described in the Schedule hereunder written is
required for the purpose mentioned and set opposite
to the description of the said parcel of land
in the said Schedule; and that the same has been
excepted from sale and reserved to Her Majesty
by the Order in Council bearing the date-mentioned
in the second column of the said Schedule.

of land situated in the Township
of Foxton, being part of the
block which lies southward of
and adjoining Sections Nos. 114
and 115 of the said township,
and being bounded towards the
North by other portion of Go-
vernment Reserve; towards the
East by a public road and
reserve for a Post Office and
Telegraph Station; towards the
South by said Post Office and
Telegraph Station Reserve, and
by a public road; towards the
West by a public road; and
towards the North-west by other
portion of Government Reserve;
as the said land is more par-
ticularly defined upon the plan
deposited in the Office of the
Secretary for Crown Lands, and
authenticated for the purpose of
this Order in Council.

under the provisions of "The Public Health Act,
1872," His Excellency the Governor has been pleased
to appoint
WILLIAM BORROWDALE TRIPE, Esq., M.R.C.S.E.,
to be a Public Vaccinator to perform gratuitous
vaccination, in accordance with the provisions of the
said Act, and any regulations made or to be made
thereunder, for the District of Picton, in the Pro-
vince of Marlborough.
