House at Waipawa, in the Province of Hawke's
Bay.
General conditions, specifications, and drawings
may be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington, and at the office of the District Engineer,
Napier.
Tenders addressed to the Hon. the Minister for
Public Works, and marked outside "Tenders for
Waipawa Court House," will be received at the office
of the undersigned up to noon of Monday, the 15th
day of June, 1874.
Telegraphic tenders will be received provided the
original tender and deposit are lodged with the
nearest District Engineer at the time above specified.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

THE following additional name of an Officiating
Minister, sent in to me for insertion in the list
of Officiating Ministers for the year 1874, is pub-
lished in pursuance of the provisions of the Marriage
Act and Marriage Amendment Acts :-

Application for Registration of Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Messrs. MCLEOD
BROTHERS, of Dunedin, New Zealand, Soap
Manufacturers, have applied to register the following
Trade Mark under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866,"
viz.,-
Description of Trade Mark.
A heart about two inches and a half long by
two inches wide at the broadest part, with arrow
going from right to left through the centre of same,
and with the letters T M about five-eighths of
an inch long on the left and right side of the heart
respectively, the words "Prize Medal" being outside
these said letters, in the same respect, and of a size
of about one inch and a quarter long, with the heart
surmounted by the word "MCLEOD" in letters of
one inch long, with the word "Dunedin" in the
same sized letters underneath.
Nature of Article to which such Trade Mark is
intended to apply.
