LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.
Four perches more or less, part section 3174,
Town of Hokitika, commencing thirty-eight feet six
inches from corner of Tancred Street and Hamilton
Street, having a frontage to Hamilton Street of
thirty-three feet. -Applicant, ADOLPHE TRAUT-
VETTER, late of Hokitika, now of Nelson, Watch-
maker. (Solicitor, C. E. Button.)
Caveat may be lodged at this office within one
calendar month after the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

division of Section 25, Block I., Invercargill Hundred)
-Applicant, JOHN MCGREGOR, of Invercargill,
Farmer.
Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
after the gazetting of this notice.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register "The Otago Pneumatic Gold Mining
Company, Limited," as a Limited Company, under the
provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be "The Otago
Pheumatic Gold Mining Company, Limited." - The place of intended operations is in the Clutha River,
and other auriferous rivers in the Province of Otago. - The registered office of the Company will be situated in
Dunedin. - The nominal capital of the Company is £3,000, in 3,000
shares of £1 each. - The number of shares subscribed for is 2,010, being not
less than two-thirds of the entire number of the shares in the
Company. - The number of paid-up shares is 500.
- The amount already paid up is £561.
- The name of the Manager is William Smellie Douglas.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,
are as follow:-
I, WILLIAM SMELLIE DOUGLAS, of Dunedin, in the
Province of Otago, Commission Agent, do solemnly
and sincerely declare that-
- I am the Manager of the said intended Com-
pany. - The above statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular; and I make
this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the
same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the
General Assembly. of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."
