may be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington.

Tenders addressed to the Hon. the Minister for
Public Works, and marked outside "Tenders for
Court House, Ahipara," will be received at the
office of the undersigned up to 4 o'clock of Friday,
the 1st day of May, 1874.

Telegraphic tenders will be received provided the
original tender and deposit are lodged with the
nearest District Engineer at the time specified
above.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

DIVORCE AND MATRIMONIAL CAUSES JURISDICTION.

NOTICE is hereby given, that three or more of the
Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand
will sit at the Supreme Court House, Wellington,
on Monday, the 18th day of May next, at eleven
o'clock in the forenoon, to hear and determine Peti-
tions for the Dissolution or for a Sentence of Nullity
of Marriage, under section 60 of "The Divorce and
Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867," and also for the
despatch of all other business accruing under the
said Act.

Dated at Auckland, this sixteenth day of March,
1874.
