His Honor J. D. ORMOND,
Government Agent at Napier, to be the Wairoa
Confiscated Lands Commissioner, under the Regula-
tions made by Order in Council of the 4th of March,
1874, for the sale and disposal of the lands specified
in the said Order in Council.

navigation of Spencer's Gulf has been received
from the Harbour Authorities of South Australia,
and is hereby published for general information.

SPENCER'S GULF, SOUTH AUSTRALIA.

NOTICE is hereby given, that it is reported that the
Nun Buoy, placed on the Eastern Shoal in Spencer's
Gulf, has disappeared. Masters of vessels are there-
fore cautioned not to approach the Shoal nearer than
seven (7) fathoms water.

The Buoy will be replaced as soon as possible.

On the 2nd of February, the following alterations
will be made, viz.,-

  1. A Money Order Office will be opened in Lon-
    don at-

Railton Road, Herne Hill ... Postal
S.E. District.
and the Office at Wormwood Street, E.C., will be
abolished.

  1. The designation of the Office at Allason Terrace,
    Kensington, W, will be changed to Church Street,
    Kensington, W.

  2. Money Order Offices will be opened in the
    Country at-

    Bridge (Rochdale), will be abolished.

  2. The Railway Sub Office at Ottery St. Mary will
    be made a Head Office.

  3. The Office at Kirton Lindsey will be served
    from Lincoln, instead of as at present from Hull.

  4. During the past month, the Offices at Crook,
    Howden-le-Wear, Shildon and Witton Park were
    made Railway Sub-Offices.

  5. During the past month the Railway Sub Office
    at Bishops Auckland was made a Head Office, and
    from it are now served the Money Order Offices of
    Coundon, Evenwood, and West Auckland.

  1. Money Order Offices will be opened at-
