THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

  1. NORTH-EAST VALLEY DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North and East by Blueskiu
    District; towards the South-east by the Town of Port
    Chalmers and Otago Harbour; and towards the West
    by the City of Dunedin and the Water of Leith.

  2. TOWN OF PORT CHALMERS DISTRICT.
    Bounded by a line proceeding from Mussel Bay
    along the eastern boundary of Section No. 62,
    Sawyer's Bay Survey District, to Lower Harbour
    West Survey District; thence by the south-eastern
    boundary of the said Lower Harbour West Survey
    District to Otago Harbour; thence proceeding in a
    southerly direction by Otago Harbour round the Port
    Chalmers Peninsula and Mussel Bay to the starting
    point.

  3. BLUESKIN DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North by Hawksbury Dis-
    trict, Blueskin Bay, and the sea; towards the East
    and South by Otago Harbour, the Town of Port
    Chalmers, the northern boundaries of Sections 56
    and 74, Block VII., North Harbour and Blueskin
    Survey District, and the northern watershed of
    Mount Cargill to the boundary of the hundred; and
    towards the West by the boundary of hundreds and
    Waikouaiti River (south branch).

  4. PORTOBELLO DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North-west by Otago Har-
    bour; towards the North-east by the Native Reserve;
    towards the South-east by the sea and Hooper's
    Inlet; and towards the South-west by Sections 1, 2,
    and 51, Block III., Otago Peninsula, and the North-
    East Harbour subdivision.

  5. PENINSULA DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North-west by Otago Har-
    bour; towards the North-east by Portobello District;
    towards the South-east by the sea; and towards
    the South-west by the boundary line between Sections
    '68 and 69, Block VII., Town District, and its con-
    tinuation in a direct line to the sea.

  6. CAVERSHAM DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North by Sections 46, 58, 59,
    63, 64, 65, and 99, Block VI., and Section 4, Block
    VII., Town District, and the Main South Road to
    Cemetery Reserve; thence by the Town Belt to the
    Anderson's Bay Road; thence on the East by the said
    road to the north angle of Section 69, Block VII.,
    Town District; thence on the South by the said Sec-
    tion 69; thence on the East by Sections 69 and 82,
    Block VII., and that line continued to the sea
    beach; thence on the South by the sea beach to
    road line continued south from Section 32, Ocean
    Beach District; thence on the West by the said Sec-
    tions 23, 22, and 21, and a direct line from northern
    angle of Section 21, Ocean Beach District, to south-
    west angle of Section 28, Block VI., Town District;
    thence by said Section 28 to the Main South Road:
    thence on the South by the Main South Road to Sec-
    tion 45 of the said Block VI.; thence on the West by
    the said Section 45 and 31, Lower Kaikorai, to point
    of commencement.

  7. MORNINGTON DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North-west by part of Block
    V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District, and Sections 50,
    49, and 48, Block VI., Town Survey District; towards
    the South by Sections 42, 41, 38, 37, 34, 33, 31, 30,
    27, 26, 23, 22, 19, 18, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 5, Block
    VI., Town Survey District, to Section 4, Block VI.,
    Town Survey District; thence towards the South-
    west by Section 5, Block VI., Town Survey District,
    to Main South Road; thence towards the South by

the Main South Road to the Dunedin Town Belt;
towards the East by the Dunedin Town Belt; and
towards the North-east by the boundary line between
Sections 86 and 87, Block VI., Town District, and a
continuation of that line to the southern angle of
Section 6, Block V., Lower Kaikorai Survey District.

  1. CITY OF DUNEDIN-SOUTH WARD DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the N.N.W. by a line drawn on
    the centre of High Street and continued west-south-
    westerly through the Town Belt to its outer boundary,
    east-north-easterly to its intersection with Manse
    Street; towards the E.N.E. by the centre of Manse
    Street from its aforesaid intersection with High Street
    to its intersection with Princes and Jetty Streets;
    towards the N.N.E. from the aforesaid intersection
    with Princes Street, by the centre of Jetty Street,
    and its prolongation through the harbour reclamation
    to the harbour; towards the S.E. by the harbour;
    towards the S.S.E. by suburban lands, part of Block
    VII., Town District; towards the W.S.W. and S.W.
    by suburban lands, part of Block No. VI., Town Dis-
    trict.

  2. CITY OF DUNEDIN-HIGH WARD DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the S.S.W., W., and W.N.W. by
    suburban lands, part of Block No. VI., Town Dis-
    trict, and No. 1, Upper Kaikorai District; towards
    the N.N.E. by the centre of that portion of Rattray
    Street which lies W.N.W. of Arthur Street from its
    production to the town boundary, thence to its inter-
    section with York Place at Arthur Street; towards
    the N.N.W. by the centre of York Place from its
    intersection with Rattray Street aforesaid to its inter-
    section with Stuart Street at Albert Street; towards
    the N.N.E. by the centre of Stuart Street west from
    its intersection with York Place aforesaid to and
    crossing the Octagon, continued thence through the
    centre of Stuart Street East and its prolongation
    through the harbour reclamation to the harbour;
    towards the S.E. by the harbour; and towards the
    S.S.W., W.S.W., and S.S.E. by South Ward District,

  3. CITY OF DUNEDIN-BELL WARD DISTRICT..
    Bounded towards the N.N.W. and W.N.W. by
    suburban lands, part of Block No. 1, Upper Kaikorai
    District; towards the N.N.E. from the Town Belt
    boundary by the prolongation of the centre of Argyle
    Street from its intersection with Heriot Row, Con-
    stitution and Elder Streets; towards the N.N.W.,
    E.N.E., and N.N.E. by the centre of Elder Street,
    part of Pitt Street, and Frederick Street, from the
    aforesaid intersection at Argyle Street to and includ-
    ing its prolongation through the harbour reclamation
    to the harbour; towards the S.E. by the harbour;
    towards the S.S.W., S.S.E., and S.S.W. by High
    Ward District.

  4. CITY OF DUNEDIN-LEITH WARD DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the W.N.W., N.N.W., and
    W.N.W. by suburban lands, part of Blocks Nos. 1
    and 8, Upper Kaikorai District; towards the N.N.E.
    by suburban lands, part of Blocks IX. and X., North
    Harbour and Blueskin District and North-east Valley
    District; towards the E.S.E. by suburban lands, part
    of Block No. IX., North Harbour and Blueskin Dis-
    trict, and the harbour; towards the S.E. by the
    harbour; towards the S.S.W., W.S.W., S.S.E., and
    S.S.W. by Bell Ward District.

  5. ROSLYN DISTRICT.
    Bounded towards the North-west by Sections 10,
    Block III., and 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, and 10,
    Block IV., Upper Kaikorai Survey District, and
    Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block V., Lower
    Kaikorai Survey District; towards the South-wes
