of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

JAMES GUILFORD, the Elder.-2 acres and 16
perches, part of Rural Section 50, in the District of
the Wairau; commencing at the south-western corner
of the said section; thence easterly along its southern
boundary 600 links, and extending back northerly
therefrom 350 links, and forming a rectangular block.

6, again towards the North-west, 579 links; towards
the West, 494 links, by a public road reserved
out of said Section 6; and towards the South, 808
