MUTUAL MINING INVESTMENT COMPANY,
LIMITED.
AN Extraordinary General Meeting of the Share-
holders of the above Company will be held at
the rooms of the Young Men's Christian Association,
Wellesley Street, Auckland, on Thursday, 18th
December, 1873, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of
receiving the Liquidators' Report.

for the District of Dunedin, in the Province of
Otago, New Zealand.
I, ALEXANDER YOUNG, Doctor in Medicine,
Master in Surgery, and Licentiate in Mid-
wifery of the Queen's University in Ireland, now
residing in Berlin Cottage, Great King Street,
Dunedin, in the said Province, do hereby give notice
that I intend to apply to you, on the 18th day of
December, 1873, to have my name placed on the
Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of
New Zealand; and I have deposited my diplomas
along with this in your office in Dunedin for public
inspection, in terms of "The Medical Practitioners
Registration Act, 1869."

holden at Hokitika, and in the matter of "The
Bell Hill Water Race and Gold Mining Com-
pany (Registered).
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Schedule showing
the realized amount of the assets and the
liabilities of the above Company, the amount of
moneys available for the claims in the matter of the
winding up, and the proposed plan of distribution
thereof, has been prepared by me and approved by
the Court, which Schedule is open for inspection by
my office by the Contributors to and Creditors of the
Company; and that the Dividend mentioned in the
said Schedule will, after the 30th day of November
current, be paid at my office, Gibson's Quay.

Colony of New Zealand, and I have deposited my
diploma along with this in your office in Dunedin
for public inspection, in terms of "The Medical
Practitioners Registration Act, 1869."
