LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.
Part of Allotment 41, containing 9 acres 2 roods,
part of Rural Section 4 in the District of Omaka,
commencing at the north-westerly angle of the said
allotment. Bounded-towards the North, 950 links,
by a road called Muller Road; towards the East,
1000 links, by a line at right angles to the said road,
and other part of the said allotment; towards the
South, 950 links, by a public road; and towards the
West by Allotments 39 and 40 of said subdivision,
1000 links, to the commencing point.-EDMUND
ECCLES, Land Broker, for Thomas Maddock, the

Allotments 1, 2, and 3, adjoining each other, con-
taining 1 acre 5 perches of subdivision of Rural
Section 46, in the District of Opawa. Bounded-
towards the South by Custom House Street, and
commencing on the western boundary of said Section
46, 2370 links from the south-western corner of said
section, and running eastward 300 links; towards the
East by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned
boundary to the Omaka River; towards the North
by the Omaka River; and towards the West by a
public road parallel with and 300 links from the
eastern boundary from the Omaka River to the
