TENDERS are invited for reclaiming Two Acres
Two Roods and Thirty-two Perches of the
Harbour, as a site for the new General Government
Offices.
General conditions, specifications, and plans may
be seen at the Offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington. Tenders addressed to the Hon. the
Minister for Public Works, and marked outside
"Tender for Reclaiming," will be received at the
office of the undersigned up to noon of Monday, the
10th day of November next.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

the eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1854," the following name of an Officiating Minister
within the meaning of the said Act is published for
general information: -

Notification under "The Municipal Corporations
Waterworks Act, 1872."
I, JAMES MACANDREW, Esquire, Superin-
tendent of the Province of Otago, do hereby,
in accordance with the provisions of "The Municipal
Corporations Waterworks Act, 1872," notify that
two-fifths of the ratepayers of the Incorporated
Town of Port Chalmers not having objected to the
construction of the Waterworks mentioned in a
notice dated the 2nd day of August, 1873, and
published in the Otago Guardian newspaper once a
week for four weeks in succession, commencing on
the 4th day of August, 1873, the undertaking is now
an authorized one, and may be carried out under the
provisions of the said Act.
