under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

CYCLOPS GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED.
A
n Extraordinary Meeting of "The Cyclops Gold
Mining Company, Registered," held at the office
of the Company, Brown Street, Grahamstown, 10th
October, 1873, at which meeting more than two-thirds
of the number and value of shareholders were repre-
sented, a Resolution was carried for the voluntary
winding-up of the said Company; and all the debts of
the Company having been liquidated, I hereby inti-
mate that the said Company is dissolved, in accord-
ance with Section 112 of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."

Dissolution of Partnership.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the partnership in
the business of Hotel-keepers, carried on by
Richard James Tonks and John Hughes, at Grey-
mouth and Westport, under the style of "Tonks and
Hughes," is dissolved by mutual consent.
The said R. J. Tonks will receive and pay all debts
due to or by the firm at Greymouth, and the said
John Hughes will receive and pay all debts due to
or by the firm at Westport.
