Warehouse for the reception of Goods under Bond.
CUSTOMS. - In exercise of the powers in me for
this purpose vested by "The Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," I, the Commissioner of Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned
Warehouse, viz. :
A wooden building, roofed with iron, situate in Gore
Street, Campbelltown, Bluff Harbour, and known as
WHITTINGHAM BROTHERS' and INSTONE'S BOND,
to be a Warehouse for the reception of Goods under
Bond.
Given under my hand at Wellington, this
twenty-ninth day of October, one thou-
sand eight hundred and seventy-three.

Road to be taken and laid down on Lands specified
in Crown Grants.
NOTICE. - Whereas in the grants from the Crown
of the sections or parcels of land mentioned in
the First Schedule hereto, there was excepted and
reserved a right of road of the clear width of three
hundred links through the lands therein respectively
described, pursuant to the provisions of "The Crown
Grants Act, 1866:"
Now therefore, it is hereby notified for public infor-
mation, that His Excellency the Governor, in pur-
suance and exercise of all powers and authorities in
that behalf enabling him, hath caused the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken
and laid down on the lands specified in the herein-
before-mentioned grants.
Dated at Wellington, this 29th day of October,
1873.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
A ROAD commencing at a point at the north-western
corner of section numbered one hundred and eighty-
seven, and extending thence through the several
sections mentioned in the above Schedule to the
south-eastern corner of section numbered two hun-
dred and four, and being of the uniform width of three
hundred links throughout; as the same road is now
traversed and pegged off with pegs and other survey
marks showing the course and direction of the said
road.
Friendly Societies registered.
IN the matter of "The Friendly Societies Act,
1867:" Notice is hereby given, that transcripts
of the By-laws of
"Court Pride of Oamaru, No. 4932, A.O.F.; of
"Loyal Egmont Lodge, No. 4632, I.O.O.F.
Manchester Unity, New Plymouth District;"
and of the Rules of
"Branch No. 58, Hibernian Australasian Catho-
lic Benefit Society at Hokitika,"
duly certified, have been received by the Registrar of
Friendly Societies, registered and recorded in his
office under the provisions of "The Friendly
Societies Act, 1867."

Notification of Resignation of Seat in the House of
Representatives for Electoral District of Colling-
wood.
IN compliance with the provisions of the thirteenth
section of "The Regulation of Elections Act,
1870," I hereby notify that ARTHUR SHUCKBURGH
COLLINS, Esquire, resigned his seat in the House of
Representatives for the Electoral District of Colling-
wood, on the 8th day of October, 1873, and that the
said seat is vacant by reason of such resignation.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the parcel of land
hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.
Section 17 (seventeen), Block IV. (four), Camp-
belltown, in the Province of Otago. (Applicant,
ROBERT DUNCAN YULE, of Invercargill, Mer-
chant.)
Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
after the gazetting of this notice.
Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
