under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

Town allotment No. 1056, New Plymouth (1 rood
1 perch), originally granted to Joseph Street.-
RICHARD STREET, of New Plymouth, Black-
smith, Applicant.

Caveat must be lodged within one calendar month
from the date of the publication of this notice in the
Gazette.
