IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
DIVORCE AND MATRIMONIAL CAUSES JURISDICTION.
NOTICE is hereby given, that three or more of the
Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand
will sit at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on
Monday, the 17th day of November next, to hear
and determine Petitions for the Dissolution or for a
Sentence of Nullity of Marriage, under section 60 of
"The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867,"
and also for the despatch of all other business accru-
ing under the said Act.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.
All those pieces of land situate in the Village of
Tua Marina, in the Province of Marlborough, being
sections numbered 80, 81, 82, and 83, and containing
in the aggregate two acres and eight perches, be the
same a little more or loss. Bounded-towards the
North, 260 links, by Patchet Street; towards the
East, 600 links, by England Street; towards the
South, 282 links, by Section numbered 79 on the
said plan; and towards the West by a lagoon.-

All those parcels of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 1 rood and 31 perches, more or less, being part
of Allotment No. 53 on the plan of the subdivision
of Section 1, District of Omaka; part of Section No.
174 in the said district, and part of Section No. 46
in the District of Opawa, in the Province of Marl-
borough. Bounded-towards the North, 501 links,
partly by part of Allotment No. 53 of said sub-
division of Section No. 1 Omaka, partly by part of
Section 174 Omaka, and partly by part of Section 46
Opawa; towards the East, by the Opawa River;
towards the South, 501 links, partly by part of said
Section 46, partly by part of said Section 174, and
partly by Allotment No. 52 of said subdivision; and
towards the West, 90 links, by Sinclair Street, in the
said subdivision.
Also, all those parcels of land containing by ad-
measurement 3 roods and 7 perches, being Allot-
ments numbered respectively 48, 49, and 50, on the
plan of the subdivision of Section No. 1, Omaka
District. Bounded-towards the North, 190 links,
by Allotment No. 51 of said subdivision; towards
the East, 420 links, by part of Section No. 174 in
the said District of Omaka; towards the South, 190
links, by Leeds Quay; and towards the West, 420
links, by Sinclair Street in the said subdivision.
Also, all that parcel of land containing by admea-
surement 1 rood and 12 perches, more or less, being
part of Section No. 174 on the plan of the District
of Omaka aforesaid. Bounded-towards the North,
75 links, by other part of said Section No. 174;
towards the East, 436 links, by part of Section No.
46, District of Opawa; towards the South, 75 links,
by a public road; and towards the West, 436 links,
partly by Leeds Quay, and partly by Allotments
numbered 48, 49, and 50, of the said subdivision of
Section No. 1, Omaka. Also, all that parcel of land
containing two roods, more or less, situate in the
District of Opawa, and being part of Section No. 46,
on the plan of the said district. Bounded-towards
the North, 400 links, by other part of the said
Section No. 46; towards the South and East by the
Rivers Omaka and Opawa; and towards the West,
291 links, partly by a public road and partly by
part of Section No. 174, in the District of Omaka.-
