LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged for-
bidding the same.

HUGH MCCROSTIE.—70 acres, part of Rural
Sections 4320, 4321, 4363, and 4364, Rakaia Dis-
trict; lying to the south-east of a line commencing
at a point 1700 links north-westerly from the
easternmost corner of the sections, and running
across the same parallel to their south-eastern
boundary. (John Lewis, Broker.) 1017.

WILLIAM NEWTON MILLTON.—1 rood 10
perches, part of Rural Section 175, Christchurch
District; commencing at a point on the northern,
distant 1253 links west from the eastern boundary
of the section; thence westerly along northern
boundary 125 links, and extending back therefrom
southerly in a rectangular block 250 links. Also 1
rood, part of the same section; commencing at a
point therein 350 links south from the northern,
and 1253 links west from the eastern boundary of
the section; thence southerly 100 links, and ex-
tending back westerly 250 links, and forming a

trict; commencing at a point within the section
1300 links south from the northern boundary
thereof, and 255 links west from Montreal Street
South; thence southerly along an accommodation
road 100 links, and extending back westerly there-

and bounded on the South by land in occupation of

south-western corner of lot; thence northerly along
