LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged for-
bidding the same.
HENRY BOWMAN SEALY, Napier, Appli-
cant.-25 perches, part of Suburban Section 62,
Napier commencing at a point in Shakespeare Road;
322 feet in a westerly direction from the north-western
corner of said section; thence at a right angle
southerly to Shakespeare Terrace, 130 feet; thence
at a right angle easterly along said Shakespeare
Terrace, 53 feet; thence northerly and westerly to
the commencing point, and forming a rectangular
block.

lately subsisting between us the undersigned
John Drew, Alfred Vernum, and William Comrie, as
Threshers, at Pleasant Point, in the Province of
Canterbury, New Zealand, under the firm of "Drew,
Vernum, and Comrie," was this day dissolved by
mutual consent, as from the first day of August
instant.
