THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

  1. Claims for payment of the bonus to be sent in
    before 30th June, 1875.
  2. The bonus will be paid to the producer who
    first effects a bonΓ’ fide sale of the amount of Sugar
    specified.

FISH.
BONUS OF 4s. PER CWT.
This bonus will be paid on Cured Fish, dry or
pickled, exported from the Colony for consumption
abroad.

Conditions.

  1. The bonus will be paid to the producer on the
    production of account sales showing that the Fish has
    been sold out of the Colony for fair market value.
  2. The exporter to enter into a bond not to re-
    land in the Colony any Fish on which a bonus has
    been paid.
  3. The bonus may be claimed on all Fish exported
    between 1st August 1872, and 1st November, 1879,
    and is to be paid out of any moneys appropriated
    by Parliament for the purpose.

The above rewards will be paid on the certificate
of an officer appointed by Government, that the con-
ditions applicable to each reward have been complied
with.

diction to Β£100.

In the New Zealand Militia.
George Walker to be Sub-Lieutenant. Date of
commission, 22nd May, 1873.

George Bee to be Sub-Lieutenant. Date of com-
mission, 22nd May, 1873.

In the Cambridge Cavalry Volunteers.
Richard Parker to be Lieutenant. Date of commis-
sion, 20th March, 1872.
John Fisher to be Sub-Lieutenant. Date of commis-
sion, 20th March, 1872.

In the Otahuhu Troop Royal Cavalry Volunteers.
Charles Augustus Calvert, M.R.C.V.S.E., to be
Honorary Veterinary Surgeon. Date of com-
mission, 23rd June, 1873.

In the Carterton Rifle Volunteers.
Sub-Lieutenant William Challis to be Lieutenant.
Date of commission, 21st June, 1873.

HEMI TE AWAITAIA
to be an Assessor for the purposes of "The Resident
Magistrates Act, 1867;" " The Native Circuit Courts
Act, 1858;" and "The Native Circuit Courts Act
Amendment Act, 1862," within the District of Raglan.
This appointment dates from the 1st day of July,
1873.
