limited liability of the shareholders therein, entitled
"The Westland Steam Tug and Freight Company,
Limited."

The objects for which the Company is established
are expressed to be-"The Towing of Vessels in and
out of the Port of Hokitika and other ports of the
West Coast of New Zealand, the conveyance of pas-
sengers and goods in ships or boats between such
places as the Company may from time to time deter-
mine, and the doing of all such other things as are
incidental or conducive to the attainment of the
above objects."
