     Comprises all that area bounded by a line pro-
     ceeding due east from Mount St. Bathan's to the
     Hawkdun Mountains; thence south-easterly along
     the Hawkdun Mountains to Mount Ida; thence
     south-westerly along Roughridge to the north-eastern
     boundary of Blacks District; thence north-westerly
     along the said boundary to the Dunstan Mountains;
     and thence north-easterly along the Dunstan Moun-
     tains to Mount St. Bathan's, the starting point.

110. CROMWELL DISTRICT.
     Comprises all that area bounded towards the
     North by the Province of Canterbury; towards the
     East by Oamaru and Blackstone Districts; towards
     the South by the Dunstan and Blacks Districts;
     and towards the West by the Dunstan, Arrow,
     and Wakatipu Districts.

111. CHATHAM ISLANDS DISTRICT.
     Comprises the group known as "The Chatham
     Islands."

under the provisions of "The Public Health Act,
1872," His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government has been pleased to appoint the under-
