the Mangakahia and Wairua Rivers; thence in a boundary of the Maungatapere Block, the place of
straight line to the north-western angle of the commencement.
Maungakaramea Block; thence following the west-
ern and part of the southern boundaries of the
Maungakaramea Block aforesaid to the Tauraroa
River; thence south-westerly by the Tauraroa River
aforesaid to its confluence with the Manganui River
at the north-eastern boundary of the Okahu Block;
thence by the north-eastern boundaries of the Okahu
and Omaru Blocks to the Matakohe Block; towards
the South-east by the north-western boundary of the
Matakohe Block aforesaid and the Awaroa Creek,
and by said creek to the Wairoa River; thence by
the Wairoa River aforesaid and Kaipara Entrance to
the North Head of Kaipara Harbour; and towards
the South-west by the sea from the North Head of
Kaipara Harbour aforesaid to the Manganui Bluff
first mentioned, the place of commencement.

  1. WANGAREI DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North by the southern
boundaries of the Kawakawa and Ruapekapeka
Blocks from the north-eastern angle of the Hokianga
District to the south-eastern angle of the Ruapeka-
peka Block aforesaid; thence by a straight line in a
south-easterly direction to the source of the Ngu-
nguru River, and by the channel of that river to the
sea; towards the East by the sea from Ngunguru
River aforesaid to the Pataua River; towards the
South-west by the Pataua River aforesaid, and a
straight line in a southerly direction to the southern
boundary of the Tamaterau Block, and thence by
the southern boundary of the Tamaterau Block
aforesaid to the Wangarei Harbour; thence by
Wangarei Harbour aforesaid to the Mangapai River,
and by said river to the south-eastern boundary of
the Maungatapere Block; thence by the southern
boundary of the Maungatapere Block last named to
the Waionepu River, and thence in a straight line
to the confluence of the Wairua and Mangakahia
Rivers; towards the South-west by a straight line
from the confluence of the rivers last named in a
north-westerly direction to the point of its intersec-
tion with the southern boundary of the County of
Hokianga; and towards the West by part of the
eastern boundary of the Hokianga District to the
Kawakawa Block first mentioned, the place of com-
mencement; including Limestone Island.

  1. MANATA DISTRICT.

Bounded on the North by the southern boundary of
Tamaterau Block, and a line to the Pataua River, by
that river to the sea; on the East by the sea to Bream
Head; on the South by Bream Bay to Busby Head;
on the West by Wangarei Harbour to the southern
boundary of Tamaterau Block.

  1. MANGAPAI DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North by the southern
boundary of the Maungatapere Block from the Waio-
nepu River to the Mangapai River; towards the East
by the Mangapai River aforesaid, and the waters of
the Wangarei Harbour to the eastern boundary of
the Mahe Block; thence by the eastern boundary of
said last-named block, and the eastern and part of
the western boundaries of the Mangapai and Waipu
Blocks to the northernmost angle of the Piroa
Block; towards the South by the southern boundary
of the Mareretu Block, and the northern boundaries
of the Omaru and Okahu Blocks to the Tauraroa
River; and towards the West by the Tauraroa River
aforesaid, to the southern boundary of the Maunga-
karamea Block; thence by the southern and western
boundaries of said last-named block, to the southern

Bounded towards the North by Wangarei Har-
bour from eastern boundary of Mahe Block to South
Head of Wangarei Harbour aforesaid; towards the
East by the sea from South Head of Wangarei Har-
bour aforesaid to Cape Bream Tail; towards the
South-east by the south-eastern boundary of the
Waipu Block; and towards the West by the western
boundary of the Waipu Block aforesaid, and the
eastern boundaries of the Mangapai and Mahe Blocks
to Wangarei Harbour, the place of commencement.

  1. PAPAROA DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North by the southern
boundary of the Mareretu Block from the north-
eastern boundary of the Omaru Block to the western
boundary of the Waipu Block; towards the East by
the western boundary of the Waipu Block aforesaid,
and the northern and western boundaries of the land
known as Wright's Claim to the Wairau River, and
by the said river to the Otamatea River; towards
the South-east by the Otamatea River aforesaid, from
the Wairau River before named to the Wairoa River;
towards the South-west by the Wairoa River afore-
said from the Otamatea River before mentioned to
the north-western boundary of the Matakohe Block;
and towards the North-west by the north-western
boundary of the Matakohe Block aforesaid to the
southern boundary of the Mareretu Block, the place
of commencement.

  1. MANGAWAI DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North by the northern
boundary of the land known as Wright's Claim, the
northern and part of the north-western boundaries of
the Pukekarora Block, to the southern boundary of
the Waipu Block, and thence by said southern
boundary of Waipu Block aforesaid to Cape Bream
Tail, on the East Coast; towards the East by the sea
from Cape Bream Tail aforesaid to the south-eastern
boundary of the Arai Block; towards the South-east
by the south-eastern boundary of the Arai Block
aforesaid from the sea to the western boundary of
the Oruawharo Block; thence northerly by said
boundary to the south-eastern angle of Allotment
No. 93 of the Parish of Oruawharo; and towards the
West by the southern boundary of the lot last
named and Te Hana River to the Oruawharo River;
thence by said river and the southern and western
boundaries of the Te Ikaranganui Block to the
Kaiwaka River; thence by the Kaiwaka and Wairau
Rivers and by the western boundary of Wright's
Claim to the northern boundary of said last-named
claim, the place of commencement.

  1. ALBERTLAND DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North-east by the Kaiwaka
River, from its confluence with the Otamatea River
to the western boundary of the Te Ikaranganui
Block; thence by the western and southern bound-
aries of said block to the Topuni or Oruawharo
River; thence by said river and by the Te Hana
River to the southern boundary of Allotment No.
93 of the Parish of Oruawharo; thence by the
southern boundary of said last-named lot, by part of
the eastern boundary of the Oruawharo Block, and by
part of the southern boundary of the Arai Block, to
the Huipapa Road; thence by the centre of said road
to the Tauhoa or Hoteo River; towards the East
and South-east by the Tauhoa or Hoteo River afore-
said, to the Kaipara Harbour; towards the South
