Vaccination Districts Constituted.

WHEREAS by "The Public Health Act, 1872,"
it is, among other things, provided that the
Governor may from time to time divide New Zealand,
or such part thereof as he shall think fit, into con-
venient districts for affording increased facilities for
vaccination, and from time to time to alter the
boundaries of any such districts heretofore formed
or hereafter to be formed: And whereas it is ex-
pedient that the districts hereinafter mentioned
should be constituted under the said Act:
Now therefore, I, Sir George Alfred Arney, the
Administrator of the Government of the Colony of
New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of all powers
and authorities enabling me under the hereinbefore
in part recited Act, do hereby constitute the several
portions of the said Colony which are described in
the Schedule hereto, to be districts under the said
Act, for affording increased facilities for vaccination;
and I do hereby also declare that each such district
shall be called and known by the name set forth
at the beginning of the description thereof in the
said Schedule.
Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir
George Alfred Arney, Knight, Adminis-
trator of the Government in and over Her
Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the
same; and issued at Wellington, this
eighth day of May, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy-three.

SCHEDULE.
PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.
- MONGONUI DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North, East, and West by the
sea; on the South by a line drawn through the centre
of the harbour of Wangape to the mid channel of
River Motukakahai to its source, thence by a straight
line to the summit of the mountain Maungataniwha,
and thence by a straight line to the south extremity
of the southernmost of the Cavallo Islands, including
the group of islands known as the "Three Kings,"
and all the islands on the East Coast as far south as
the southernmost of the Cavallo Islands.

BAY OF ISLANDS DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by a line drawn from the
summit of Maungataniwha to the south extremity of
the southernmost of the Cavallo Islands; on the
East by the sea; on the South-west by a line drawn
from the summit of Maungataniwha to the south-
western extremity of Omapere Lake; thence to
Ruapekapeka; thence to the source of the Ngunguru
River; thence down the mid channel of the Ngunguru
to the sea, including all the islands situated on the
coast between the south extremity of the southern-
most of the Cavallo group and the north of the
Ngunguru River. -
HOKIANGA DISTRICT.
Bounded on the North by a line drawn through
the centre of the harbour Wangape to the mid
channel of the River Motukakahai to its source,
thence by a straight line to the summit of the moun-
tain Maungataniwha; on the East by a straight
line from the summit of Maungataniwha to the
south-western extremity of Omapere Lake, and thence
to Ruapekapeka; on the South and the South-east
by a straight line from Ruapekapeka to the summit
of Tutamoi Range, thence by a straight line to
Manganui Bluff on the West Coast; on the West by
the sea. -
TOKATOKA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the North by a straight line from
Manganui Bluff, on the West Coast, to the summit
of Tutamoi Range; towards the West by a straight
line running in a northerly direction from the sum-
mit of Tutamoi Range aforesaid to the point of its
intersection with the southern boundary of the
Hokianga County; towards the North-east by a
straight line in a south-easterly direction from the
point of intersection last named to the confluence of
