made by ISAAC FAULKNER, the registered
proprietor of Sections numbered respectively Twenty
(20) and Twenty-one (21), Block Nineteen (XIX.),
in the Town of Oamaru, of the loss of the Certificate
of Title to the said Sections, bearing date the 14th
day of May, 1872, and entered in the Register Book
of the said District, volume 3, folio 107: I hereby
give notice that I intend to issue a Provisional
Certificate of Title to the said Sections to the said
Isaac Faulkner, unless caveat be lodged within
fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof.

ARROW RIVER WATER RACE COMPANY,
REGISTERED.

An Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders in
"The Arrow River Water Race Company,
Registered," duly convened by advertisement, and
held at the Office of the Company in Buckingham
Street, Arrowtown, on Wednesday, the 16th day of
April, 1873, all the Shareholders in the Company
being present, it was proposed by Samuel Symonds,
and seconded by George Marshall—

"That the Directors and Managers be empowered
to borrow any sum of money not exceeding one
thousand pounds (£1000), on the security of the
Waterworks constructed by the Company."

This Resolution was carried.

intended to be made by the Auckland Improve-
ment Commissioners to the General Assembly, at
the ensuing Session thereof, for leave to bring in a
Bill to alter and amend "The Auckland Improvement
(Albert Barracks Reserves) Act, 1872," and to make
and maintain a street, commencing at Lorne Street
at a place where it is joined by Rutland Street, and
proceeding thence in an easterly direction to the
land under the control of the said Commissioners.
