Tender for Post Office and Telegraph Station.

Wellington, 25th April, 1873.

TENDERS are invited for the erection of a Post
Office and Telegraph Station at Rangiora, in the
Province of Canterbury.
General conditions, specifications, and drawings
may be seen at the offices of the Colonial Architect,
Wellington, and at the Post Office, Christchurch.
Tenders will be received by the undersigned up to
noon on Monday, the 19th day of May next.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Greymouth Coal Mining Company, Limited.

Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies,
Hokitika, 21st April, 1873.

I, WILLIAM PATRICK CRAUFORD, Regis-
trar of Joint Stock Companies for the County
of Westland, do hereby notify that I have this day
registered a Memorandum of Association (with
Articles annexed), establishing a Company, with
limited liability of the shareholders therein, entitled
"The Greymouth Coal Mining Company, Limited."
The objects for which the Company is established
are expressed to be-
"1. To lease and work the Coal Seams situate on
the Grey River, and to sell the produce in such
manner as the Company shall from time to time
determine.
"2. To lease and work, upon its completion, if
found advisable, the Railway from the Coal Mines to
Greymouth, about to be constructed by the General
Government.
"3. To purchase or charter, if necessary, Steam
or other Vessels adapted for the conveyance of Coals
to other ports, and to do all other things which are
incidental or conducive to the attainment of the
above objects."
And I further notify, that, in pursuance of the
provisions of "The Joint Stock Companies Act,
1860," and of "The Stamp Act Amendment
Act, 1871," relating to the incorporation of Com-
panies, a Certificate of Incorporation of the said
Company has been duly issued by me, bearing even
date herewith.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat in the meantime be lodged forbidding
the same.
Section 30 on Square 30, in Fabian's Valley, in
the District of the North Bank of the Wairau, con-
taining 10 acres. Bounded-on the North by
Crown land, 1130 links; on the East by a public
road, 1000 links; on the South by Section 27, 750
links; and on the West by Crown land, 200 links,
300 links, 500 links, and 600 links. Adams and
