DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto subsisting between the undersigned
Robert Whyte and George Pirie, as Drapers and
Silk Mercers, at Westport and Wanganui, has been
dissolved by mutual consent from the 1st day of
April, 1873; and that the business of the late co-
partnership at Westport will in future be carried on
by the said Robert Whyte, who shall receive and pay
all moneys due to or owing by the late copartnership
at Westport aforesaid; and that the business of the
late copartnership at Wanganui will in future be
carried on by the said George Pirie, who shall receive
and pay all moneys due to or owing by the late co-
partnership at Wanganui aforesaid.

pany" as a Limited Company, under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

Mining Company." -
The place of operations is at Ngakawau, Province of Nelson,
New Zealand. -
The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Palmerston Street, Westport. -
The nominal capital of the Company is £30,000, in
6,000 shares of £5 each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is 6,000, being not
less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the
Company. -
The number of paid-up shares is nil.

The amount already paid up is £1,500.
