I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register "The Golden Ledge Quartz Mining Company, Limited," as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is "The Golden Ledge Quartz Mining Company, Limited."
- The place of operations is at the right-hand branch of the Inangahua River, in the Province of Nelson.
- The registered office of the Company will be situated at Broadway, Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.
- The nominal capital of the Company is £18,000, in 9,000 shares of £2 each.
- The number of shares subscribed for is 9,000, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the Company.
- The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is £9,000, being the value of the claim held by the Company and work done thereon.
- The name of the Manager is Louis Davies.
