(REGISTERED).
I NCREASE of Capital. Fourth Schedule, Mining
Companies Act, 1872.
I, the undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice
that an increase in the capital of the above-named
Company was, on the 19th day of June, 1872,
resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase was by issuing
four thousand new shares of one pound each (twelve
shillings and sixpence paid up), in addition to the six
thousand shares existing in the Company.

BRUCE PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND BUILDING
SOCIETY.
A Special General Meeting of the Shareholders of
"The Bruce Property Investment and Building
Society" will be held in the Council Chambers,
Milton, on Tuesday, the 4th of March, 1873, at 8
o'clock p.m., at which meeting amendments and addi-
tions to the Rules of the Society, to effect the following
purposes, will be submitted for the approval of the
Shareholders, viz. :-
To alter the date of holding the annual meetings;
to provide for monthly disposal of funds; to provide
for lending money for fixed periods, and to adopt a
scale of repayments for money thus lent; to provide
for the issuing of new shares from time to time; to
take power to borrow money for the use of the
Society; to provide for compulsory withdrawal of
shares; and to make clerical alterations in the Rules.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
T HE Partnership heretofore existing between David
Kingham and Edwin R. Guinness, both of
Ahaura, in the Province of Nelson and Colony of
New Zealand, lately carrying on business as Cattle
Dealers, has been dissolved by mutual consent, and
the aforesaid David Kingham will pay all debts due by
the said firm, and will receive all moneys owing thereto.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
N OTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
hitherto existing between Joseph Cheese-
brough and David Booth, trading under the style or
firm of "Cheesebrough and Booth," at Kakanui, has
been dissolved by deed of dissolution on and from
the 29th day of January, 1873.
All moneys owing to the late firm will be received
by David Booth, who will pay all debts of the late
firm, and will carry on the business as heretofore.
