  1. THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

credit of "The Public Trustee's Account" in Wel-

14. All payments out of "The Public Trustee's
Account" shall be made by cheques payable at that
branch of the bank which may be nearest to the
residence of the payee.
15. The fees following shall be payable or retain-
able, as the case may require, in respect of business
done with the office, or property placed therein.

For management of estates, including collection
of rents and receipt of interest on invest-
ments

For disbursements under the several trusts, or
incidental to the management of estates
For recovery of debts

For leasing or letting land or houses (on one
year's rent, and amount of premium, if any)
For sale of property when directed to be sold
by deed of trust or will, and for realizing
securities when required for distribution
For receiving and recording wills deposited
for safe custody
For delivering will to testator or his agent
For delivering will to testator and receiving and
recording another will in lieu thereof
For investment of money in Government se-
curities, or in such other way as may be
directed by deed of trust or will:-
