NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.

GEORGE HOOPER and JOSEPH REED
DODSON, of the City of Nelson, Brewers.—1 rood
11 perches, part of Nelson Town Acre "420," having
a frontage to Nile Street East of 60 feet, measured
from the south-west corner of said section, and
extending backwards 352 links.—Bounded—North
and East by other parts of said section; South by
Nile Street East; West by Section 422. (H. D.
Jackson, Broker.)

Mrs. BETSY BROWNING WILLS, of Motueka,
Nelson, Widow.—10 acres, part of Part "1" of
Section "197," District of Motueka. Bounded—
North (2550 links), by other part of said section;
