Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing is a full and true copy of
a List in which I have entered all Names of Offici-
ating Ministers which have been sent in to me, in
conformity with the provisions of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," "The Marriage Act Amendment Act,
1867," and "The Marriage Act Amendment Act,
1868," for insertion in the List for the year 1872.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.-Under and in pur-
suance of the powers vested in me as Com-
missioner appointed by His Excellency the Governor
to carry out the Regulations for the Sale of Lands
taken for Settlement under "The New Zealand
Settlements Act, 1863," in the Province of Auckland,
I do hereby notify that the Town, Suburban, and
Special Rural Lands specified in the Schedule here-
under written will be offered for Sale by Public
Auction, in accordance with the said Regulations, at
the Waikato Lands Office, Auckland, at noon on
Friday, March 1st proximo.
