NOTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1870,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same, as to Allotment 227, Parish of Puniu, on or before 10th May, 1873; and in each other case on or before 10th December, 1872.
Allotment 227, Parish of Puniu, County of Waikato.—Applicant, WILLIAM BOND, of Alexandra, Settler. In his occupation. No. 426.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, George Sumpter and John Lemon, under the style or firm of “Sumpter and Lemon,” Land, Estate, and Commission Agents, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by us, the undersigned, under the firm of “Brown and Inglis,” at the Grove, in the Province of Marlborough, in the trade or business of Sawmillers and Timber Merchants, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
