LAND TRANSFER NOTICES.
N OTICE is hereby given, that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat in the meantime be lodged
forbidding the same.
WILLIAM MILLER, of Napier, Gaoler, Appli-
cant.-9 perches, being part of Suburban Section No.
87, Town of Napier. Bounded-On the North-east,
South-east, and West by other parts of the same
section, by lines measuring 135 links, 21 links, and
138 links respectively; and on the South by the
Shakespeare Road, 36 links, the north-east boundary
of which said piece of land is parallel to, and 300
links distant from the north-east boundary of the
said section, and the south-east corner of the said
piece of land is distant 315 links west of the south-

portions of same section, by lines measuring 162
links, 252 links, 21 links, and 266 links respectively;
and on the South by Shakespeare Road, 60 links.
