(NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF ANNUITY, ENDOWMENT, AND
OTHER CONTRACTS, RESIDENT IN NEW ZEALAND.)

In the matter of "The European Assurance
Society Arbitration Act, 1872."

ALL holders of Annuity Contracts, Endowment Con-
tracts, or other contracts of a like nature (if any)
issued by any Company named in the Schedule
hereto, who have not already produced, for the pur-
poses of the liquidation of the European Assurance
Society, the original contracts held by them, are
hereby required to deliver to us, not later than the
expiration of six months from the date hereof, those
original contracts, in order that the same may be
examined, and that the direction of the Arbitrator
appointed by the above-mentioned Act may be taken
thereon.

All communications relative to this notice are to be
by prepaid post letter addressed to us here.

ZEALAND.)

In the matter of "The European Assurance
Society Arbitration Act, 1872."

ALL holders of or persons claiming to be entitled to
Policies of Assurance issued by any Company named
in the Schedule hereto are hereby required to take
notice, that if any person claims to prove on a Policy
against any Company named in the Schedule other
than the European Assurance Society, and desires to
assert that claim, he must send to us, not later than
the expiration of six months from the date hereof, a
notice to that effect, stating his name, address, and
description, the full particulars of his claim, and the
special grounds on which he so claims.
