Wellington, 12th April, 1870.

WITH reference to the Notice published in the New
Zealand Gazette of the twenty-ninth January, 1870,
offering a reward of five pounds, to be paid by the
Colonial Government, for the apprehension of
Deserters from Her Majesty's Navy, it is hereby
notified that the above reward will be paid only in
the case of Deserters leaving Her Majesty's ships on
the New Zealand Station.
